I am Gregory “Greg” Richards, the Founding Member of Gregory A. Richards, P.C. Most of my clients have needs that fall into one of three main categories: Business Law, Real Estate, and Estate Planning and Probate. It is a great honor to have served so many of the Hill Country’s finest individuals, business men and women in all of their transactional needs. Other than one year spent with the Trinity County District Attorney’s Office working with the late Joe Price – the “prosecutor’s prosecutor,” I have spent all of my 26-year career serving my fellow Hill Country residents.
I graduated from Baylor University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication, being recognized on the Dean’s List and serving as a member of the Baylor Ambassadors. Subsequently, I obtained my law degree at Texas Tech University School of Law in 1994 and became licensed to practice law in Texas that same year. In 2009, I became one of a very small number of lawyers to be Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In 2019 I joined an even more elite group when I became double board certified by becoming Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. The Texas Board of Legal Specialization is the nation’s largest and most successful legal board certification program.
While my title and accomplishments sound fancy, they don’t make me unapproachable at all. I love helping people! I am honored to serve the people and businesses of the Texas Hill Country as a trusted advisor. The greatest honor for my team and I is to be invited to partner with our clients to help them achieve their goals. I don’t wear ties and we aren’t stuffy. We try and create an atmosphere for our clients that encourages open and honest communication. We’re here to help!
What clients have told us they appreciate most about my law firm is our friendly attitude, attention to detail, regular and timely communication, and sound advice. When I am not working, I spend my time with my beautiful wife, Kim and five sweet daughters. Please call (830) 257-8080 or email greg@gregrichardslaw.com to get in touch with me today.
